We have patiently waited for Leah + Jack's wedding because we KNEW that it was going to be a beautiful day. We've been to Big Canoe before, but never shot a wedding there, so we were excited about that as well. As the rumors have it, it really was a gorgeous venue. The view is magnificent! It made me feel like I was not in Georgia; rather, a place where you get away to just breathe and take all the beauty of life in. What a perfect fit it was for Leah + Jack. The weather was amazing and Leah looked absolutely stunning. If you know her, she is always smiling. ALWAYS! For most people, we always have to beg them to smile, but not with her... In fact, we have to ask her to stop smiling so that we can get a few "serious" shots. :) Jack looked AWESOME in his kilt, and I don't think there was a time when he wasn't adoring Leah... They just have so much fun together, and their joy is the most genuine we've ever seen. Close friends and family that gathered truly celebrated with them. They were all so kind to us and really made us feel like we were part of the family. One of the highlights of the night was when Leah's son performed POI for the guests - it was amazing! I've never seen that LIVE before, so we had so much fun capturing it and in fact, after the wedding, we took him out in the field to get more shots.
