Many photographers have asked us if it’s worth attending a bridal show. Our answer is always, “YES!” I mean, why wouldn’t you? Hundreds of brides come TO YOU! We have met countless brides and couples there and it provides 25% of our annual income. It’s a no brainer for us especially when we get to meet amazing couples like Ivy and Joseph! My wife actually met Ivy there and connected with her. I was meeting with another couple at the time, so we connected over the phone after the bridal show and met in person later. They were the sweetest couple and we were stoked when they booked us and soon after planned their engagement session. We just knew that this session was going to be special because their second location was where my wife and I had our e-session over 12 years ago AND our 6th year anniversary portraits. Marietta Square has a special place in our hearts for those reasons and it’s so great that it’s going to be special to Ivy + Joseph as well. They were so laid back throughout the whole session… very easy going and we all really enjoyed each other’s company. We were so happy that rain was nowhere in sight and although it was quite hot, it soon cooled down once the sun set. We had fun connecting with nature at Life University! It’s so pretty there just like our couple and it fit them so well. Ivy + Joseph, we can’t wait to see you guys once again on your wedding day!
