Style... That word is what comes to my mind when we think of Tanekka + Robert. They know what style is and they have it! They were our first couple to shoot at the Swan House couple of years ago and it was the most epic engagement portraits we have ever done! We met this sweet couple at David Tutera's bridal show, and we just knew that Tanekka was a bride who was excellent in everything that she did. She booked us almost 2 years before her wedding date! She is a planner who makes decisions fast and gets the job done. We really respect that about this powerful duo. So yes, we have patiently waited for this wedding day to come for awhile and it was definitely worth the wait. When we entered the hotel room where she was getting ready with all of her best friends, her smile and contagious laughter filled the room. Everyone greeted us with the brightest welcome and we just knew that it was going to be a good day and indeed it was... The rain held off at the most perfect time and it rained at the most perfect time as well! The ceremony and the reception was inside the beautiful Southern Exchange... Tanekka had the best planner in town, Elly B Events, and with this lady's talent, you knew it was going to be spectacular. And as expected, she did not disappoint and everything was on point. I mean, when you have a beautiful bride, handsome groom, stunning decor by the best designer, fun bridesmaids and groomsmen, AND amazing food, what can you possibly ask for more on a wedding day? Nada.... It just couldn't have been better. Tanekka + Robert, you guys were so sweet to work with and you have no idea how much that meant to us! Thank you for treating us so well and we truly had a great time on the most special day of your lives. We are so happy for you that everything turned out amazingly... have THE best marriage! We love you guys!
