It’s interesting how there’s always a positive side to things. There’s always something good and something to be learned and be thankful for in every situation… Through many postponed and cancelled events, plans for weddings have changed into “intimate weddings” or elopements, and you know what? That’s not a bad thing whatsoever! I’ve been realizing something… these types of weddings have really brought back the meaning of weddings once again. I think our society has put way too much pressure on the expectation on what a “dream wedding” should be like and sometimes it got carried away. But, during this season, I think we are all learning to focus on what really matters in life which is so beautiful, and for that learning experience, I’m very grateful. I am loving the simplicity and really learning to value the true meaning of our couples’ big day. It’s so much more emotional and real. As Rachel walked down aisle, I got to be up in the balcony while Craig was covering downstairs. It was such a beautiful sight to see as her parents presented her to God and to her most special family members. My favorite moments were when Rachel and Ryan looked at each other with adoring eyes as they listened to the beautiful message of love. We captured a couple of those, and I think you’ll love it too! The fact that they were so happy for this day to happen and the fact that they were so in love were very evident. I don’t need to say this because you can see it for yourself through the photographs, but wow, Rachel was GORGEOUS! Her dress, her veil, her hair/makeup, oh my gosh… I kept saying how she looked like a barbie doll and Ryan looked like KEN! What great looking couple! They were photogenic indeed… the weather was just stunning just like them, and everything went so smoothly and well. We enjoyed every second we had with them, and we can’t wait for the big celebration next year! Rachel + Ryan, thank you for being so sweet. It was such a pleasure…. from the bottom of hearts, CONGRATULATIONS, and may you have the most blessed marriage!
With much love,
Craig + Unchong
