It’s neat how with some people, you really connect easily. We have what we call “love at first sight” with our clients, and Nazli + Travis were one of them no doubt! We were on our 21 Days of Travel back in November when we received their inquiry. We were so excited because they requested our service knowing exactly what they were looking for. By just reading the emails, we can tell what kind of personalities couples have and we could tell that they were excellent decision makers. For us, we love working with folks like Nazli + Travis! They know what they want, they know how to get it and they get it done! That’s just the way I operate with everything in my life… gettin’ things done! So, knowing we were a good match, we couldn’t wait to connect with them! I remember getting to Key West during our trip and after getting the kids settled into the hotel, Craig went out to make the call. When we came back him, I naturally asked how the call went, and he said that it was as if they’ve always been friends. Soon, Travis + Nazli became household names for us. Since their engagement and wedding was coming up very fast, we discussed their photos and every time Craig brought them up, he really kept mentioning them like his friends. I couldn’t make it out to their engagement, so I was pretty bummed, but our amazing second photographer, Brandon, went out there and as always, was such a wonderful help. Craig talked about how easy the shoot was and more than anything, how much fun they had. I couldn’t believe I missed all the fun! When Craig showed me the pics after he got home, I of course loved them and couldn’t stop saying how sweet and beautiful they looked. I was scheduled to go to their wedding, and I just couldn’t wait especially because it was our last one for 2020! (That blog is coming soon, ya’ll!) And… I saved the best for last…. you see, Travis used to be a photographer himself. An AMAZING one! He has so much experience with weddings and portraits himself that he just knew what was going on. He totally understood what Craig was doing and why he was doing certain things. They connected together so well because of this shared passion. Having a professional photographer as your client can be tricky, but they gave us their COMPLETE trust and just let Craig do his thing which we appreciated so much.
