What a way to spend the first day of spring. Just like warm weather and beautiful flowers, Shakaila + Jonathan’s wedding was a breath of fresh air. The groomsmen were definitely excited to celebrate this day. And what made it even better, they took their joy over to the ladies’ room to bring them tons of laughter and happiness while getting ready.
You never would have believed this was a wedding with 40 people… these families know how to dance and celebrate. There was never a dull moment on the dance floor. I don’t think there was a song played that didn’t get everyone out their seats and grooving. Sometimes we worry that the dance floor will be empty with smaller weddings, but nuh uh…. not THIS one!
In many weddings, you only think of the bride and groom coming together as one. But this wedding, you really saw two families unite and become one and that was a beautiful thing to witness. The way they loved on one another was amazing. I’ve never seen more proud fathers. The fathers of the bride and groom were engaged and very emotional throughout the day, but made it known how much they loved and cared for their children and how proud they made them. All in all, it was a wedding that you can truly describe as “beautiful inside and out”. Shakaila + Jonathan, you didn’t just look stunning on the outside, your love for one another shined through from within as well…. Thank you for one amazing day! May your marriage be blessed for many years to come.
With much love,
Craig + Unchong
