You can sense someone’s joy right away when you meet them. Some people just have these smiles that are irresistible… it’s contagious and you can’t help but smile yourself. Vanessa + James were both like that on their wedding day. The moment we met them, they greeted with so much joy and an inviting and welcoming smile that made us feel like friends in a split of a second. Not just them, but their entire wedding party as you can see in the photos, just knew how to celebrate and embrace the meaning of this special occasion. They were friends who truly knew how to be happy for the couple. Their genuine love for the couple showed. What a blessing it is to have such friends and loving family on top of that.
Although we have shot at Ventanas before for portrait sessions, we’ve never had a wedding here until now! We were so excited to be able to shoot in this beautiful venue. This place has THE best view of Atlanta on their helipad. Thank God the weather was amazing so that we could safely shoot there and get some epic shots of our couple with the Atlanta skyline. It was a hot one, but we will take that any day over rain. As planned, we were able to shoot outdoors and have the ceremony outdoors as well. We loved all the bold and bright colors of the wedding party and the decor. The colors just popped beautifully… Our bride was stunning and our groom looked amazing in his custom made suit! Loved the uniqueness and the perfect fit! Every single person in the room was full of energy and happiness just overflowed. It turned out to be an unforgettable wedding… Vanessa + James, it was so fun working with you guys. It was our honor to be there and we wish you guys only the best! May your marriage be blessed by the One above and may your love for one another only grow from here.
