There are way too many emotions with this blog post, y’all… First, this young gentleman is our friend’s son, someone we’ve known since he was itty bitty. Wow! I really didn’t know life would fly by so fast. He’s now not a senior in high school, but a senior in college! And not just any college, the BEST college, as a matter of fact! (I can say that because I went there. 😉)
Georgia Institute of Technology, a place that brings a mixed bag of emotions for me, for sure! I loved that Daniel wanted to do his shoot on campus, the place where he’s made so many memories over the last four years of his life. Speaking from experience, I know he’s made wonderful lifelong friends, learned so much, and most importantly, grown in the Lord into a Godly man who’s ready to enter adulthood with confidence.
If you know Daniel, you know he’s not just smart… his level of intelligence is on another level. But what impresses me the most is the wisdom he carries, especially for his age. I remember not being that wise when I graduated, so seeing that in him speaks volumes about how connected he is with the Lord. Wisdom comes from God alone, and seeing that fruit in his life so clearly shows me that he spends a lot of time with the Lord and in prayer.
Wow, Daniel! What a blast it was to walk around GT’s campus, hang out, and take photos of you! It was memorable in so many ways. Honestly, the most chill shoot ever! We enjoyed every second of it.
You’re truly gifted in so many ways, and there’s no doubt in my mind that you’ll thrive greatly in whatever you do. May God continue to bless you, and may you always live life in His purpose.
