When did Spring ever begin at the end of April in Georgia? We all know that we've been experiencing unusual weather this year, but it's slowly, but surely becoming Hotlanta again! I didn't ever think that I would miss the heat, but I guess I've become a true Southerner, and that heat is feeling good. We had the most perfect amount of heat at Corey + Joe's engagement shoot. Actually, the weather was quite perfect! You couldn't have asked for better weather, better sunlight or sunset... I'm so glad that the weather cooperated too because Joe had to catch a flight back home to Florida right after the shoot! We started at the beautiful Piedmont Park - there was so much pretty greenery around, and these two lovebirds were having a lot of fun flirting throughout the whole session. I just love seeing our couples that way... it's almost like the shoot makes them fall in love with one another even more. AND, when they're so natural like that in front of the camera, it makes them that much more photogenic and easier to work with. They had PERFECT chemistry as models, and I just couldn't help "aweing" the whole entire time. They were whispering, "I love you" in each other's ears.... So sweet, right? Those little things are such big things, and I hope that you guys NEVER stop whispering those sweet words. Just look at how happy they look! We barely had to tell them to smile... well, we had to tell them to stop smiling for a few 'serious' shots. hehe Love, smiles, and joy are all contagious, and they definitely are filled with these wonderful, priceless things. It was wonderful getting to know more about them as individuals and as a couple, and we can't wait for their December wedding! I know I can definitely expect a joyous occasion for sure... Corey + Joe, thank you for choosing us to be part of this special season of your lives. You guys were super fun to work with and we enjoyed every second of it. Can't wait to see what image you choose for your save the date!
