These were a few of our favorite things from Lauren + Adeyinka’s wedding day. Yes, everything worked out so well…. Lauren was breathtakingly stunning. We absolutely LOVED her dress that fit her style and figure so perfectly! She looked absolutely elegant and classy. It was the cutest when her dog walked her down the aisle. I never heard so many “oohh’s and aaahh’s as a bride approached her groom during a ceremony. They were a happy family indeed and it was so good to see them that way. Speaking of family, Lauren’s sibling and their family were not able to make it, so they printed a photo of their heads and placed them on the chairs that they would have sat on at the ceremony. We even took ‘family portraits’ with them (see below). What a thoughtful and creative idea! I know that this meant so much to them…
Our couple chose to do a first look, and I’m telling you guys… first looks make a wedding day run so smoothly and stress free. You get to enjoy your guests and every aspect of your wedding so much more and for that decision that they made, I’m truly grateful! It allows so much more time for portraits which we need as photographers, so Lauren + Adeyinka, thank you!! With a great couple like this and an excellent venue such as Four Seasons Hotel, you just couldn’t go wrong in any way. Of course, the ceremony was stunning, of course the reception was full of glamorous details and of course, the food was mmm mmmm good! We’ve shot many weddings at this venue now and being on their preferred vendor list has been such a blessing to us. Meeting couples like this has been priceless…. to be able to be part of a day that’s most special to them. I mean, what better job could you possibly want, right? Lauren + Adeyinka, you guys have been very special to us. Thank you for allowing us to capture the moments of your wedding day. We appreciate you greatly and wish you the most joyful marriage….
