40 years… wow! Yes, Laurel + Larry have been married for that period of time, and it’s something so worth celebrating. We are honored that we got to witness this and to capture it! I love couples who choose to celebrate and document these special milestone moments of their lives. We are honored to know a couple who are so inspiring in many ways. Do you guys remember Lindsay + Tony? That’s their beautiful daughter! We have been knowing them for many, many years now and have seen them sacrifice so much and thrive in ministry. They’re what you call a couple who are truly beautiful inside and out. This past year has not been an easy one for them. Many things have happened back to back, but NOTHING was going to keep them from getting these photos done! Despite everything that has been going on, they still are able to keep a smile on their faces, still have energy and still praise the God Almighty for His goodness. We too are going through a few things right now, but it doesn’t even compare to their situations, so it’s given us a perspective and hope in knowing that God has EVERYTHING under His control and that all we can do is trust and faith in Him. That we can only simply obey and hear the Holy Spirit guide us from little things to big things in our lives. Every time we get to see them, it’s as if we’ve had a joyful refreshment! I left this shoot so rejuvenated and with so much hope. So much hope for our marriage, so much hope for our children, so much hope for our lives! Their faith is so strong, and you know what? I want to be like that! Laurel + Larry, thank you for always being such an inspiration. When we are with you, we always get a taste of Jesus. You’re admirable in many ways… Thank you for allowing us to capture this day for you! Happy anniversary from the bottom our hearts. We wish you many, many more!!!
