Why are family portraits so emotional? I seriously get teary looking at photos of families especially when I know them! We had the privilege of shooting David and Kristen’s wedding how many years and to see their family grow beautifully is just amazing…. God is SO GOOD! What’s crazy is that we knew them even BEFORE their wedding day too. So yes, seeing them become amazing mom and dad is so encouraging to see. Our kid are more grown now, so when we see couples with little ones, it makes us miss it so much! They have always been so photogenic, so just as expected, it was so easy to photograph them. Their son and daughter definitely inherited their parents’ photogenic-ness, so if such an award existed, I would give them the easiest to photography family award! :) David + Kristen, we had such an amazing time with you…. Thank you for coming back to us for these photos, and we can’t wait to make your family portraits in the fall happen too! Have the best summer, guys!
