We met this bride's family yeeeeeears ago... Like over 13 years ago when we used to work in the youth ministry of our church. That was a time before we were even married... not a thought about having a photography business crossed our minds. In fact, we weren't even into photography at all! Isn't it amazing how time can change things?
Ali + Tommy / Christ The King & Piedmont Park Greystone
I remember being so happy when we received an email from Ali... We shot her brother's wedding a few years ago, and when his sweet sister wanted us to shoot her wedding too, we were stoked! Because they live in Minneapolis, we couldn't meet in person for the consultation, BUT we did when I got to fly out to the Twin Cities for the engagement shoot!

Taren + Harrison / Perimeter Church & 550 Trackside Wedding
There are people you meet that just have the presence of peace in them. They make you feel calm and comfortable. There's no anxiety, stress or negativity of any kind. That's the way Taren + Harrison's wedding began... peacefully. It was a dreary morning with sprinkles falling here and there, but we hoped for the best and Taren stayed calm the entire time.

One thing I’m learning more and more is that I don’t have control over anything in my life… That’s a good thing because the One that does have control knows what’s best for me and that is the most freeing thing to know and to believe and to have faith in. Although we don’t have control, we do have the will to make a choice in the way we respond to things. We begin with this because Laytoya + Taji really impressed us….
