You know it's an amazing wedding when my wife comes to me and says, "If we ever get married to each other again, I'd do it just like this...". Yes, it was that beautiful. The venue, the style, the colors, the bridal party, the guests, and of course the dapper groom and his gorgeous bride. And can we talk about her dress please?
We met online. :) Yes, that is the way we met Fraderica and TJ. They found us thx to Google more than a year ago! I'm so happy to finally be blogging their wedding day for you all to see. Everything about this wedding was grande... From Fraderica's fabulous dress, to TJ's change of jacket, to the venue, the wedding party and all the decor.
Sometimes we can't believe that in the nine years that we've been in business that there are still venues that we have never even heard of in the Atlanta area! Well, we were extra stoked to shoot Mary-Alice + Dylan's wedding because it was our first time shooting at their venue, Little River Farms.
We first met Jon at a wedding that I was shooting about three years ago. I was the photographer and he was the videographer! We had the best time shooting together and he really made it easy to work as a team at that wedding. We just clicked! We got to know each other in the little time that we had to chat, and he soon told me that he will be getting married in the next couple of years.
Looking back on our wedding day, so many things went right and so many things went wrong... or I should say, "not as planned". One thing we can't forget even if we tried was that it rained. Rained "cats and dogs". Alllllllll day! The day before and the day after were perfectly fine. :) It rained so much that we couldn't even attempt to go outside.
We met this bride's family yeeeeeears ago... Like over 13 years ago when we used to work in the youth ministry of our church. That was a time before we were even married... not a thought about having a photography business crossed our minds. In fact, we weren't even into photography at all! Isn't it amazing how time can change things?
