“Sometimes things don’t go as planned….” That’s something I think we have all learned in the last few months, haven’t we? We all had to make changes, adjust and adapt. For some of us, it’s really been a struggle and for some of us, it was a great time of rest and a time to appreciate the little things in life.
I’m a bit emotional writing this blog post because this was the last wedding that we shot before our nation got quarantined. I’m still in shock that we are in this state. Just completely and utterly in disbelief… I’m looking at these photos and wondering how was this only a couple of weeks ago? We could all gather so freely!
They say that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, and although I agree with that statement, I also believe that “there’s beauty that no one can deny” as well. It doesn’t matter who you were, anyone and everyone who saw Baillie + Harrison on their wedding day couldn’t deny that they were truly beautiful.
Grace. It’s a beautiful thing… You either have it or you don’t. You can try to learn it, but it’s hard… If you have it, you don’t really have to really think about it because that’s just who you are. I remember seeing Erin + Hector at Erin’s brother’s wedding, and GRACE is the word I felt when I met them.
Ok, so if you’re a wedding vendor here in Georgia, you may know my friend, Ashley Charron, who is the founder of Event Pod on Facebook. In a short time, her group grew to over 2300 members! Well, every year she does a FREE wedding to bless a couple, and this year, it was held at Meadows at Mossy Creek.
