There are many aspects to a wedding day, and we all know that every detail is important. It’s no wonder that some people choose to elope to make things easier. But, as great as eloping may sound, I know for me and all of our brides, we all want the wedding day that we dreamed of. I had mine 13 years ago (Wow!), and I wouldn’t change a thing. In fact, I would love to have another one. ;) hehe
The way someone chooses to spend their time, effort and money inspires me. We have known Leo + Christianne for many years, especially Leo. Wow, now that I’m counting as I’m writing this blog, I can’t believe that it’s been 15 years. Holy cow! Craig and I knew Leo when we were all young and single. We all hung out with other mutual friends from our church.
I usually begin a blog post with something that we LOVE about our job. But, to be honest, there are things that we don’t like too. One of them is that our job is very dependent on weather… Oy! How things would be different if it wasn’t. I dread checking the weather forecast a few days before a shoot because I don’t want to see what it has to tell me.
There are many things that sparks a memory in our lives. Music, places, a certain smell even… With Shayla + Gregory’s wedding, their venue made me remember Craig and I’s 10th anniversary. I’m sure you’re thinking, “Oh my… if you remember your 10th, how long have you been married?” lol This February was our 13th year, and as much as you can’t believe it, I can’t either.
We have been blogging since we began our business. I can’t believe that 2019 is our 11th year. Wow…! I love blogging because there are many pieces to a wedding… the first inquiry, then the consultation, the planning of the engagement session, the planning of the wedding, the actual wedding day, the editing, then the BLOGGING!
Friends… I don’t know about you, but I can’t live without them. I’m an only child, and growing up and even now, I’ve always dreamed of having a real sister or brother. I always wondered what it would be like to have someone who just “gets you.” What it would be like to have a sibling fight or even an uncontrollable laughter that only you can share with them.
Fulfillment is a need that we all have as human beings. It gives us purpose and a reason for why we do what we do. We are really blessed to have clients who gives us their 100% support. How amazing is that? Sometimes, It’s just unbelievable to us. Before we introduce our next couple, let me give you a short little history.
