We have patiently waited for Leah + Jack's wedding because we KNEW that it was going to be a beautiful day. We've been to Big Canoe before, but never shot a wedding there, so we were excited about that as well. As the rumors have it, it really was a gorgeous venue. The view is magnificent! It made me feel like I was not in Georgia; rather, a place where you get away to just breathe and take all the beauty of life in.
Ok so... we broke a new record at Ashley + Bobby's wedding. We broke the "we cried the most at this wedding" record. We are not just saying it either... really, there were so many emotions... beautiful emotions that is. Life brings all sorts of joys and difficulties and all those things build our emotions.
When you share such a special journey with someone, you really get to bond with them and share memories that you'll forever remember. We are so privileged to be able to do that with our clients. I mean... isn't your wedding day the MOST special day of anyone's life? When we greet our bride and groom the morning of their wedding when we arrive, we are welcomed with the most bright smiles.
Well, we were so happy when their wedding date finally arrived and as expected, it was one incredible day. From the beginning to the end, everything went well.... like everything. "How could it be?" is what we wondered all day. It was so relaxing that we thought we were in a wedding dream. :) Ah Hyun and her bridesmaids were so nice and respectful and helpful.
Thx to Google, we met this beautiful couple... Benny googled, "Photographers who shot at the Atrium" one day and found some images taken by us. So, he contact us through our website and we connected. He said, "Your photos intrigued me." (Benny, do you remember writing that email?) When we found out that he was a designer at Coca Cola, we knew that he has an appreciation of art, of creativity and of photography.
The best day of your life.... Everyone knows that this happens on your wedding day. It's so cool to witness this happen to many couples weekend after weekend and yet, it never gets old. We get teary at every wedding... every wedding moves us and is a reminder that love never fails and that it's the greatest gift we all have the freedom to receive.
As I grow older and older, I realize more and more that life for anyone and everyone is full of joys and challenges. There are days that are the best, but there are days that fall short. But, there's this thing called hope that allows us to cling and to hold onto something much greater called love. We have faith that love is what gives us any reason to live this life and to live it fully and abundantly.
I believe that every encounter and every relationship that you have in your life is for a divine reason. I believe that everything happens for a reason... reasons that's beyond our comprehension sometimes, but I have faith that it's all for my own good and that it's for the Lord to complete His story in me.
